1. About Softpro

Softpro is a marketplace that connects customers with independent trade professionals such as plumbers, electricians, carpenters and cleaners. Softpro is not a party to any agreement between a customer and a professional: bookings, pricing and payment are arranged directly between you and the professional.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use Softpro.

3. Professionals

Professionals must provide truthful information in their applications and profiles, including trade, qualifications, service area and pricing. Softpro may approve, reject or remove professional listings at its discretion. Verification badges indicate checks performed at the time of approval and are not a guarantee of the quality of work.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform — including posting false or misleading content, harassing other users, attempting to circumvent safety features, or using the platform for any unlawful purpose.

5. Payments

Softpro does not process payments. All pricing is indicative and displayed in pounds sterling (GBP). The final price for any work is agreed directly between the customer and the professional.

6. Liability

Softpro provides the platform "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Softpro is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of services provided by professionals, or for any loss arising from agreements made between users. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can close your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and continued use of Softpro after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
